These terms define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints for digital products (tokens) offered on this website. The barbacount.com website can be used for your private use without any usage fees, under the following terms and rules.
The merchant is "BARBADOS" d.o.o. Sarajevo, KSC Jošanička br. 33, and the customer is the visitor of this website who completes an electronic order of digital products (tokens), sends it to the merchant, and makes payment by credit card.
ORDERING
The customer orders digital products (tokens) via an electronic order form.
A customer is any person who electronically orders a digital product, fills in the required information, and submits the order.
All prices are expressed in Convertable mark (BAM), including VAT.
The goods are considered ordered at the moment the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
PAYMENT
Ordered products or services are paid online by one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.
DELIVERY
Since the subject of sale is a digital product (tokens), once the payment is successfully recorded, the purchased amount of tokens will be credited to the customer’s user account, and the customer will be notified of the transaction details by email.
If the customer does not receive the digital goods (tokens) or the confirmation of a successful purchase within the expected time, the customer has the right to notify the seller so that corrective actions can be taken to identify and resolve the issue.
COMPLAINTS
The merchant undertakes to deliver digital products (tokens) that are technically correct and correspond to the description of the digital product listed on barbacount.com. The image illustrating the digital product on the website may differ from the actual appearance of the digital product, and the customer cannot file a complaint regarding this aspect.
If the customer is unable to download the digital product due to technical problems caused on the merchant’s server, the merchant undertakes to send an email with a new opportunity to download, at no additional cost to the customer.
If the customer is still unable to download the digital product (tokens) due to technical problems on the merchant’s server, the customer must contact the merchant’s sales department, which will offer an appropriate solution that will not include any fee or additional charges for the customer. In this situation, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
If the customer cannot download the digital product (tokens) and the technical problems are not related to the merchant—being caused by the customer, the operator, or a third party—the merchant bears no responsibility and is not obliged to enable download or delivery free of charge.
The customer is obliged to download the digital product within 5 (five) business days; after that, the customer will no longer be able to download the product, regardless of payment having been made. In this case, the customer waives any complaint.
GENERAL
"BARBADOS" d.o.o. Sarajevo reserves the right to amend these terms and rules. All changes will apply to the use of barbacount.com. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during purchase.
The services provided by the barbacount.com online store do not include costs you incur by using computer equipment and services to access our pages. "BARBADOS" d.o.o. Sarajevo is not responsible for phone costs, Internet traffic costs, or any other costs that may arise.
Although "BARBADOS" d.o.o. Sarajevo strives to offer you the best possible service, "BARBADOS" d.o.o. Sarajevo cannot guarantee that the services on barbacount.com will meet your needs.
